I often get people asking me, “Drew, how do I deal with anxiety? I’m experiencing stress at unprecedented levels…”. Anxiety is one of the things that deprives us from being able to live the life to the fullest.
On this week’s Saturday Strategy, I will show you 3 ways to deal with anxiety.
Tool 1 – Meditation / Listening to classical music.

Tool 3 – Adding Kava to your juice.
Tool 1 – Meditation / Listening to classical music
Giving time to yourself. Set an alarm on your phone to take a break. Load classical music on your mp3 player, etc. Science is proving that meditation can lower your cortisol levels. Try to spare at about 10 to 20 minutes in the morning to meditate.
Tool 2 – Eating Right – Organic Food & Juice
Living, organic foods, juicing and other natural foods loaded with phytonutrients are good foundations of a healthy diet that eating food packed with carbohydrates. Eating a healthy diet is the basis for natural anxiety relief. The Women to Women website says eating whole, organic foods as often as possible stabilizes blood sugar levels and balances mood, while simple carbohydrates lead to deficiencies in serotonin, the hormone that regulates mood. You should eat fiber-rich fruits and vegetables and drink lots of water. Avoid junk foods, as they cause spikes in blood sugar followed by a crash. These foods include sugary snacks, processed foods, and foods containing artificial additives, refined flours and trans fat.
