The Lettuce sushi roll is made of:
• 2 types of lettuce
• Paprika
• Salmon
• sushi rice
• flying fish eggs “masago”
• chives
• Chili mayo.
Note: when making any type of sushi roll you must keep your hands wet when handling the sushi rice this prevents it from sticking to your hands.
