First, season the ground beef with garlic, ginger, ground chili, one bouillon cube, thyme leaves and onion. Then I’m going to add a generous amount of white pepper, add some salt and mix well.
Then add 2 tablespoon of oil , mix again now add half cup of flour . This will help the meat to hold together.
The next step is to grease your hand and make the meatballs.
When you are done, heat the vegetable oil and carefully deep fry the meatballs until brown. Be very gentle while doing this step. Do not fry all meatballs at once , fry small batches at a time.
To make the sauce, heat 1 tablespoon of oil and add onion, garlic and ginger, season with pepper and ground paprika.
Add the tomatoes and tomato puree with 1 cup of water, salt to your taste.
Once it start to boil, add in the fried meatballs. Let it simmer on low heat for 5 to 10 minutes.
Serve with anything (rice, couscous or spaghetti ) but I love it with bread.
