Greetings! As many of you know Thursday is pizza night in our house. Well this week we ended up with a surplus of sub/brat rolls. I didn’t really want to put them in my freezer so we made French Bread Pizzas with them. These ended up being super delicious and they hit just the right spot.

We topped half with pizza sauce and used some pepperoni, ham, mushrooms and Parmesan and Mozzarella cheese the other half we used the same cheese and some ham, pineapple and bbq sauce.

These are really easy and delicious and they help to use up some leftovers that you may already have on hand. Think outside the box and see what you have! Roast Beef, pepperjack cheese, leftover veggies, anything can work! Don’t reserve this for leftover rolls either! Hamburger and hot dog buns or just some bread will do the trick. Even some refrigerator biscuits will work as well.

No matter how you make them, they are going to be great and you are going to have fun doing it!

I hope you will give this idea a try and make it work for you the next time you are faced with a leftover dilemma and I hope you love it.

Happy Eating!
