Mulor Chechki – RADISH FRY

Here is how to prepare Mulor Checki or Radish dry curry. Chechki means finely shredded and It’s not a everyday dish but once in while this is the best preparation of radish which I prepare. Radish is mostly available in winter as it tastes best at this time and This recipe needs to be prepared in low heat to make it a perfect dish.

Ingredients:

2 medium size Radish finely grated
1 tsp Kalo jeera
2 Green Chillies finely chopped
Half a cup of Green Peas
Few Dal Vadi
Mustard Oil
Salt and Sugar to taste
