Chip Dip Recipe Greek Yogurt Dijon Mustard and Yummy

Eat your chip dip guilt-free with my NEW Greek Yogurt Chip Dip Recipe. Tastes amazing and it’s loaded with 23 grams of protein without your taste buds yelling back at you. Get the recipe below and share your favorite Greek Yogurt recipe!

Camden’s Healthy Greek Yogurt Chip Dip:
In the video I explain what parts to use for each ingredient. Here get a 1.5 cup recipe.
1 cup Fage 0% Fat Greek Yogurt
1/3 cup Koops Dijon Gluten Free Mustard (use more or less for your preference in strength)
1.5 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
Sprinkle in to your liking Onion, Chipolte, Dill and Garlic.
HINT: Onion balances the acidity of the yogurt, use more of it.

HEALTHY GREEK YOGURT CHIP DIP RECIPE FOR LARGE GROUPS:
One 32 ounce container of Fage 0% Greek Yogurt
1/2 cup or more of Dijon Mustard
2 tablespoons of Onion powder
1 tablespoon of Garlic powder
3 tablespoons of Dil
5 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice (not concentrate)
Add Chipolte to spice as desired

This healthy greek yogurt recipe is amazing. TIP: if you want it to taste more DILL like veggie dip, cut the mustard in half. If you want it to taste more like a spicy ranch dip, use 1/8 cup MORE Dijon mustard. Mix and serve!
