Soup e Jo is a Persian Dish, super healthy and delicious. Lets look at the ingredients:
1 Cup Barley
10 Cups Water
300g Chicken Wings
1 Onion
2 Medium Carrots
300g Mushrooms
1/2 Tablespoon Black Pepper
1 Teaspoon Chicken Stock
Salt to taste
1 Liter Milk
1 Bunch Parsley
1 Teaspoon Butter
