Called biała kiełbasa in Polish, this pork sausage is delicately flavoured with marjoram, a bit of garlic and black pepper. Try serving it with a strong mustard or horseradish sauce on the side and little more than a chunk of delicious crusty bread.
A bit of sausage trivia: in Poland biala kielbasa is traditionally served with a type of sour soup called zurek or zur. This Polish white sausage is very similar to Weisswurst.
