Pumpkin apple upside down cake is a seasonal take on my favorite pineapple upside down cake. Moist, tender apples baked in a brown sugar caramel with pecan halves and become the top to an amazing moist pumpkin cake! Who wouldn’t love that?
This one is super simple and made from things you will have in your pantry. I’m sure if you look, you can find a can of pumpkin in the back of that cabinet! If not, got get one because this cake is totally worth it!
This cake is perfect for a fall dessert, or anytime you need a wonderful, knock their socks off finish to a fabulous meal. Take this to your next church supper or pot luck or even plan to have this on your dessert table for the upcoming holidays!
