Cupcakes Base Ingredients:
1 3/4 cups cake flour
1 cups sugar
1/2 tbsn. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup or 1 stick unsalted butter
1/2 cup milk
2 large eggs
1 large egg white
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
Graham Cracker Crust Ingredients:
3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
2 tbsn. light brown sugar
3 tbsn. unsalted butter, melted
Pumpkin Pie Frosting Ingredients:
2 large eggs, beaten
1 can (16 oz.) (473 ml) pureed pumpkin
2 tbsn. molasses
3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 tbsn. flour
1 can (12 oz.) (355 ml) evaporated milk
