1.5kg Butternut Pumpkin
1 Brown Onion
Salt and Pepper
Olive Oil
4 Cups of Chicken Stock (1 Litre)
Sour Cream (to serve, optional)

SERVES 4

Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: About 1 hour + time to reheat on stove
