We are controlled with different things out of our diversity. Some people are controlled by food, work, relationships and hectic schedules. And when we seem to be controlled, we lose that self-esteem without our knowledge.

One of the things that 5-day detox could give us is the recognition of what is consuming us. All of us are busy individuals and we’re always preoccupied of so many things when we shouldn’t have to.
