Shrimp Nigiri Sushi

Shrimp nigiri is a very simple yet delightful sushi dish. You start off by boiling the shrimp in salty water for 3 min with a tooth pick to hold the shrimp straight.
Then you cool the shrimp in a ice bath, followed by pealing the shrimp and cutting it open from the belly till you feel a slight give in the flesh or a pop.
Make a sushi rice ball and unite the shrimp wasabi paste and rice ball with the technique shown in the video to make nigiri sushi.
