Simple and Healthy Chicken Soup with Lots of Fresh Veggies.

Ch wings/small chicken/beef: 400-500 g or 14-17 oz
Carrot: 150 g or 5.3 oz
Celery: 85-100 g or 3-3.5 oz
Onion: 150 g or 5.3 oz
Cabbage: 250 g or 8.8 oz
Corn: 300 g or 10.5 oz
Potatoes: 350 g or 12 oz
Tomatoes: 300 g or 10 oz
Water: 8 cups or 1.9 L
Salt: Approx. 1/2 tsp
Cilantro: A handful
Lemon: 2 wedges (optional)
Cayenne Pepper: A Sprinkle (optional)

*You can also use other vegetables such as: Zucchini, Chayote, Wintermelon, Figleaf Gourd (aka Shark Fin Melon) Gourd and Squash etc.
