• Avocado
• Nori (seaweed paper)

• Sushi rolling mat
• Cling flim

• Plastic bag for rolling mat

Summary of recipe:
1. Spread out 150g of cooked sushi rice on half a sheet of nori
2. Flip over and place on sushi rolling mat with plastic bag
3. Add mascarpone, avocado and fresh sushi grade salmon
4. Rolling the sushi
5. Add mascarpone on top as glue
6. Add smoked salmon on top of the roll
7. Fix in place with cling film
8. Cut the sushi roll with a sharp sushi knife
