Recipe:
160 grams butter
1 + 1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 + 1/3 cups of self raising flour
pinch salt
1/2 cup cocoa powder
2 tablespoons sour cream
1/4 cup buttermilk
for the frosting:
250 grams cream cheese
100 grams butter
600 – 700 grams icing sugar, depending on the consistency you are looking for. if too thick, add milk to soften it out again.
