Greetings! With the spring holidays coming up I thought it would be a good idea to start focusing on that big meal that many folks are getting ready to prepare. Spring is full of great parties, Easter, Weddings, Graduations, Baby and Wedding showers and lots of other fun stuff. What better to bring along with you to those special occasions that a delicious dessert?!
This one is quick and easy to make and really will bring a lot of bang to the end of a meal. Featuring coconut, a favorite of lots of people, this creamy pie is really delicious and will get done in no time flat.
We are starting with a few convenience ingredients to make things even easier because when you are preparing a big meal the last thing you want to do is have to prepare a complicated dessert. Additionally, you may want to have more than one dessert offering and a quick and easy pie is always a good thing to have in your recipe arsenal!
