Greetings! Here is the other pizza that I made for our Thursday pizza night! Antipasto pizza. I called it that because we used up some of the leftover meats from our Christmas Eve antipasto platter. I used some sandwich sized pepperoni, soprasetta and Genoa Salami. Then i sauteed some Crimini mushrooms with some garlic and butter and tossed those on top as well. Covered the whole thing with some cheese and started out with some spicy tomato basil sauce because that is what I had on hand.

This pizza was amazing and flavorful. Micah said we should have antipasto platters more often so we can have antipasto pizza after! I love that!
