Ingredients
Leftover plain rice 2 Cup (32 tbs), cooked with salt
Oil 2 Tablespoon
Green chili paste 1 Teaspoon
Garlic paste 1 Teaspoon
Mustard seeds 1 Teaspoon
Turmeric powder 1 Pinch
Sugar 2 Pinch
Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
Asafoetida 1 Pinch
Curry leaves 6 Small
Directions
MAKING
1. In a bowl mix rice, chili paste, garlic paste, turmeric powder, lemon juice and salt if needed.
2. In a pan, heat oil add mustard seeds, asafoetida, curry leaves, the rice and sugar and mix well over low heat.
SERVING
3. Use for lunch box or serve as desired.
